The renter acknowledges, in our rental
office on vehicle pickup, by his signature on the rental agreement the terms
& conditions of Caravans for Hire. He is responsible to keep the
caravan/RV
in good condition, and is liable for all financial obligations he may incur against Caravans
for Hire. When booking a caravan/RV the person who ordered the rental service
will be considered as renter.
Each person who is traveling in the same
vehicle as the renter and who is authorized to drive the rented vehicle is
considered as driver. Authorization is given by Caravans for Hire on vehicle
pickup. The driver must acknowledge the rental conditions by his signature on
the rental agreement, he must present his valid driver's license, and he must be
within the age limit constituted by California laws. A driver may also be the
renter, or the renter a driver.

breakdown fees work. The following is a hypothetical trip that someone
might take.

Damage Waiver CDW at $20.00 per night:
